1. general provisions


The store is owned by the company PIEKIELKO.COM - Krzysztof Kuznowicz with its registered seat in Mirkow (near Wroclaw) at Lawendowa 5C Street in Poland, registered in CEIDG.

2 Placing orders


  • Each product offered in the store comes from a legal source.
  • Prices of goods in the store are gross prices and are given in Polish zloty.
  • The given prices of goods do not include shipping costs.
  • The price listed next to each product is binding at the time of placing an order by the customer.
  • The store owner reserves the right to:
    • change the prices of products on offer,
    • introduce new products to the offer of the online store,
    • carry out and cancel promotional actions on the store's pages or make changes to them.
  • Orders can be placed only through the online store.
  • Orders through the store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year.
  • In order for an order placed through the online store to be processed correctly, it is necessary to properly fill out the order form and provide the data necessary for the shipment of the ordered goods.
  • After the customer places the order, he will receive an automatic response from the store confirming acceptance of the order.
  • The time to start processing the order coincides with the moment when the payment is credited to the bank account specified in the order confirmation in the case of payment by bank transfer, or the moment the order is completed in the case of payment by card.
  • Lack of booked payment for the order placed after 3 days results in cancellation of the order.
  • In case of non-collection of the shipment from the courier or refusal to accept it, the consumer shall bear the full cost of delivery and return of the goods.

3 Shipping costs and time limit


  • The customer can get acquainted with the price list during the processing of the order.
  • The shipment is sent to the address indicated in the order form.
  • Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The amount of fees depends on the type of transport and the method of payment.
  • An order with prepayment is processed within one working day after the transfer is credited.
  • An order with a cash on delivery payment option will be processed within three business days after the order is placed.
  • The store will inform the customer immediately if the order form is incorrectly filled out, which prevents or may delay the shipment.

4 Payment methods


  • Each transaction is confirmed with a receipt or VAT invoice.
  • Payment for the ordered goods can be made through the Przelewy24 electronic payment system or by bank transfer to the store owner's bank account.
  • Cash on delivery payments are accepted only with delivery to the address of residence of an individual.
  • The operator of payment cards is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, 15 Kanclerska Street, 60-327 Poznan, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

5 Return of goods and complaint procedure

  • Before you intend to return an item, be sure to ask the seller about it!
  • The store does not accept any parcels sent back cash on delivery.
  • Costs associated with sending back the goods advertised store will return immediately after receipt of the shipment and positive recognition of the complaint.
  • All complaints are dealt with within 5 working days of receipt.
  • Damaged goods will be exchanged for new full-value ones, and if this is no longer possible (for example, due to out-of-stock), the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the price of the goods or offer him a choice of other goods available in the store.
  • In the case of returning a part of the order, if the value of the remaining products does not meet the conditions of the promotion, we reserve the right to revoke the accrued discount. In this case, the price for the products that the customer left behind will be recalculated based on the price without the discount.
  • If the customer returns the entire order, the full amount the customer actually paid, including the amount including the accrued discount, will be refunded.
  • The right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason applies only to a Consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance. However, it is limited in time and is available only for 14 calendar days. This period is a lapse of time and is calculated from the date of delivery of the purchased item.
  • If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer shall bear the full cost of returning the goods to the seller.

6 Final provisions


  • In matters not covered by these Regulations the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 02.03.2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products shall apply.

  • In relation to consumers, disputes arising in connection with the application of these Regulations and with the performance of concluded agreements, will be considered by the Court having jurisdiction according to the provisions of the material and local jurisdiction in accordance with the Act of 17.11.1964r. Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws No. 43, item 296, as amended).
