1. definitions


  • Administrator - the owner of the PIEKIELKO.com Website, providing services electronically and storing and accessing information in the User's devices.
  • Service - the website operating at https://piekielko.com.
  • External Service - the website of the administrator's partners, service providers or customers.
  • User - a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically through the Website.

  • The Administrator pays special attention to the security of the Users of the website, in particular in the field of personal data protection and privacy. Respecting the right to privacy and security of Users, the Administrator, in order to protect personal data, uses modern and proven technologies, which increases the technical security of services provided on the PIEKIEŁKO website.
  • This document explains how the PIEKIEŁKO service uses the User's data, how it collects and stores them, how the User can change, edit, block them, as well as who administers the data and on what terms they are transferred to third parties and how they are protected from abuse.

3 Principles of data processing by the Administrator


  • The Administrator , in connection with its business activities, collects and processes personal data in accordance with the relevant regulations, including in particular the RODO and the data processing rules provided for therein
  • The Administrator shall process personal data on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);fairly and honestly (fairness); in a manner that is transparent to the data subject (transparency); only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the data processing (minimization and adequacy);and shall keep the data only for the period of usefulness for the purposes for which they were collected, while ensuring adequate data security and their deletion or anonymity thereafter.

4 Personal data and their processing


  • PIEKIELKO.COM service limits the collection and use of information about their users to the necessary minimum required to provide services to them at the desired level. In particular, when collecting personal data, we single out those whose provision is actually necessary to provide the service electronically.

  • PIEKIELKO.COM makes every effort to maintain the service in a manner that protects the information from accidental destruction. Therefore, when a user deletes data from the PIEKIELKO.COM service, copies of the data are not always immediately deleted from active servers and may still be stored in backup systems.
  • Based on personal data , the Administrator will not make automated decisions about the User, including decisions resulting from profiling.
  • The right to withdraw consent , express objection, and others mentioned above may be exercised by the Customer by sending an email to firma@piekielko.com.
  • Any User who has provided his or her personal data has the right to access the content of his or her personal data in the collection administered by the Service Administrator, as well as to correct it, modify it, delete it and request to stop processing his or her data at any time, unless PIEKIELKO.COM is obliged to retain it for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal data, you may be asked to confirm your identity before your request is granted.

6 Storage of personal data


  • Personal data contained in traditional correspondence or e-mail addressed to the Administrator are processed solely for the purpose of communication and resolution of the matter to which the correspondence relates. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) consisting of correspondence addressed to it in connection with its business activities.
  • The data storage period may be extended in case it is necessary to establish or assert claims or defend against claims, and after this period - in case and to the extent required by law.
  • The Administrator processes personal data of users who visit the Administrator's profiles maintained on social media. The data is processed exclusively in connection with the running of the profile, including for the purpose of informing Users about the Administrator's activities and promoting various events, services and products. The legal basis for the Administrator's processing of personal data for this purpose is its legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in promoting its own brand.
  • The personal data of registered Users is kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data is processed and/or until the Customer objects or requests deletion of the data.
  • The Administrator may request personal data in the case of telephone contact insofar as it is necessary to handle the matter to which the contact relates. The legal basis in such a case is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), consisting of enabling the Administrator to handle requests and answer questions asked by persons interested in the Administrator's services.
  • After the expiration of the data storage period , the Administrator will delete or anonymize the data.

7 Cookies and security


  • Storage and Reading Mechanisms - The storage and reading mechanisms of Cookies do not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device. It is virtually impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User Device.
  • Internal cookies - the internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for User Devices.
  • External cookies - the Administrator is not responsible for the security of cookies from the Service's partners.

    Currently, the Website does not use any types of cookies from outside.

  • Social services - The Administrator and External Services use Cookies to support social services.

9 Requirements in connection with cookies


  • Restricting the storage of and access to Cookies on the User's Device may result in the malfunction of some features of the Website.
  • The Administrator shall not be held responsible for malfunctioning functions of the Website in case the User restricts the storage and reading of Cookies in any way.
