1. intellectual property protection

All product images, graphics, descriptions, page layout elements and text content available on the piekielko.com website are the intellectual property of Piekielko.com and are fully protected under the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 1994 No. 24, item 83, as amended), as well as the provisions of the European Union law on the protection of works in a digital environment.

The use of any part of the content of the site - including copying photos, descriptions, graphics, videos, logos or their fragments - without the written consent of the owner of the site is prohibited.

2 Photographs of products

Each photo published on Piekielko.com website represents an actual copy of the product on offer in the store.
Photographs are taken by the author, in studio conditions, using professional photographic equipment and lighting, without using other people's materials, stock photos or visualizations generated by artificial intelligence.

Photographs in the store serve both a documentary and artistic function - they capture the character of handicraft, details, metal structure, natural colors of stones and traces of traditional craftsmanship, which constitute the uniqueness of each piece of jewelry.
All photographs are protected by property and personal rights, which are entirely vested in the author - Piekielko.com.

3 Rules of sharing and licensing

We do not grant automatic permission to copy or reproduce the materials on the site.
The use of photos, descriptions or other graphic elements is possible only after obtaining written permission from the owner of the site and concluding an appropriate license agreement, which specifies:

• territorial and temporal scope of the license,
• the permissible method of use,
• purpose of publication,
• obligation to identify the source and author,
• possible license fees.

Lack of authorization means no license. Any use of materials without written authorization will be treated as copyright infringement and may result in claims for damages and compensation.

4 Piekielko.com trademark

The name Piekielko.com, the company logo, and the brand's visual identification are registered trademarks, protected by protective law in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
Any use of the Piekielko.com mark, its graphic elements or styling in promotional materials, websites, social media profiles or advertisements without the owner's permission constitutes a violation of trademark protection rights.

It is also forbidden to use similar names, domains or logos that may be misleading as to the origin of the products or suggest a connection with the Piekielko.com brand.

5 Scope of protection

The prohibition of unlawful use applies in particular to:

• posting images of Piekielko.com products in other online stores or on sales platforms (e.g. Allegro, Etsy, Amazon, eBay),
• publishing them on social media in a way that suggests they are owned by another entity,
• editing, cropping, altering or applying changes to original photographs,
• generating copies of photos using AI tools or visual models to circumvent protection,
• unauthorized use of the Piekielko.com trademark or its elements.
